’24 Carrot’ Martini

Ingredients

  • 1 large Cal-Organic Table Carrots
  • 1 1/2 oz. chilled vodka
  • 1 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • Carrot ribbon or orange peel, for garnish

Directions

  1. Juice the carrot to produce about 1/2 ounces of carrot juice.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice. Add vodka, simple syrup, organic, carrot and lime juices.
  3. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
  4. Top with an orange peel or carrot ribbon.
