- 2 tbsp. water
- Place baby carrots in a microwave-safe dish and cover with water. Cook at high (100%) power for 3 minutes. To make 1 (16-oz.) package, extend the cooking time 5 minutes.
- Keep dish covered and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
